Meet the home inspector
Jeffrey a Smith is a licensed Massachusetts home inspector #165, and has been active in the home inspection profession for 33 years. He has conducted over 15,000 inspections, for both buyers and sellers, and is considered a "Master Inspector". He can perform the pre-sale home inspection for clients before they put their house on the market, to help minimize "surprises", and to help them understand the conditions of their house.

I maintain my Home Inspection License by attending numerous educational seminars, in excess of what is needed, to keep up-to-date with today’s changing technologies. Nothing is more valuable than experience. In the 33 years of experience in the field, and the observation that only experience can give you, you have these “eyes” working for you on your home inspection. I produce a computer generated inspection report that is both thorough and informative and easy to read. If there is a point of interest, you have the commentary and a picture to go along with it, so it’s all very exciting. This report will be in your inbox by 8 AM the next morning. To me, the goal of a home inspection is to gain a thorough understanding of what you were purchasing.

In summation, “We can look at something, but do we see it?" My eyes have seen a lot, but they have never seen everything, And that’s what keeps me looking.
